PNEUMA consultants are doctoral level trained and as such have a deep understanding of the construction, strength, weakness and relevance of a given psychometric tool to asses a specific issue or dynamic. Many consulting firms do not have this expertise and utilize “out of the box” testing instruments which may or may not be psychometrically sound nor posses the requisite scientific validity and reliability. Non psychologist consultants in most executive and leadership firms typically are only allowed to legally purchase low “tech” testing instruments. Our PNEUMA consultants have clinically and scientifically trained to administer and interpret a wide variety of high level and complex testing instruments. Our psychometric repertoire falls under the following categories and are selected and recommended to our clients as required:
· Leadership / Executive evaluations;
· Executive and Project Team evaluation;
· Organizational systems, structures and culture assessment tools.
We also use a highly effective group of psychometric testing specific to our leadership/executive emotional, behavioral health, addictions problems and behavioral health and Dark Triad evaluations.
It should be noted that as a component of our consulting services, we have come to recognize that particularly in senior leaderships that there is always a percentage of professionals that exhibit a great deal of talent but as they move up the organizational ladder and where the interpersonal aspects of their positions became broader and the asymmetric aspect of effectively dealing with multiple key stakeholders that they begin to dysfunction in a number of serious ways and that issues pertaining to organizational disruptiveness, unethical behavior and staff grievances, and civil law suits can become a component of a given executive’s repertoire. The underlying issue may be related to aspects of a previously non noticed personality disorder (Dark Triad) that begins to become noticeable and seriously disruptive as the individual obtains additional organizational status and power.
